Dr. Vincenzo Di Fiore is currently at the Institute for coastal marine environment (IAMC), National Research Council in Naples, Italy. Dr. Di Fiore is an exploration geophysicist, specialized in high-resolution geophysical imaging. His research main regards are : the Seismic wave propagation and tomography, seismology exploration, electric resistivity tomography (ERT), magnetic prospecting, GPR, seismic site response and tsunami modeling, numerical modeling applied at the geological hazard and natural resources. In particular, Dr. Di Fiore main research interests are the coastal erosion, salt water intrusion, geothermal exploration, geophysical imaging on volcanic areas, fault zones and archeological area. He published numerous articles in refereed journals and conference proceedings. He also delivered several presentations in international conferences.
